One fully-funded position for a PhD candidate!
We are currently looking for a candidate for a PhD studies at the University of Wrocław. The selected candidate will receive full funding for a 48-month doctoral program at the Doctoral School of the University of Wrocław funded within the PRELUDIUM BIS programme of National Science Center (NCN).
The research project focuses on the construction of novel macrocycles using the iminopyrrole-based self-assembly method. For the relevant reading see:

Requirements:
Master’s degree in chemistry or related fields (or expected completion before the University of Wrocław Doctoral School recruitment in July 2025)
Experience in synthetic chemistry
Good command of English (sufficient for PhD studies)
Passion for laboratory work, creativity, and ability to work in a research team
Additional advantages: experience in supramolecular chemistry and basic knowledge of NMR spectroscopy.

Every year a limited number of M.Sc. and B.Sc. projects are available. The prospective students are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible.
The positions for PhD candidates are advertised when funding is available. A limited number of scholarships funded by the Faculty of Chemistry are available every year.
We are always looking for highly motivated researchers at the post-doc level. Bartosz will happily get involved in writing of the application for a postdoctoral scholarship.
